You'll whisk up the wet ingregients, then whisk in a few of the dry ingredients. Flour, berries and chocolate get folded in.
I like to top each muffin with a good sprinkle of coarse sugar. This is optional, but the crunchy sugar crust is just so good on the muffin tops.
