Add the apples to a bowl and toss with the maple syrup, oil and cinnamon.
Preheat the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 380.
Add the apples and air fry for 10-12 minutes.
Serve as-is or with ice cream, yogurt or whipped cream. Eat in a bowl or piled onto buttered toast and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and chopped walnuts.
