Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted (not hot)
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix well
  • In a separate bowl combine the eggs, coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Whisk well.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes.
