Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Super moist, easy to make Zucchini Bread loaded with Chocolate Chips, studded with buttery walnuts and topped with a crunchy, crackly sugar crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups grated zucchini packed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine the melted butter, olive oil, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Whisk well.
  • Add in the zucchini and mix well again.
  • In a separate bowl coming the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and the walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into a greased and/or lined loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 for about an hour.
