Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
Super moist, easy to make Zucchini Bread loaded with Chocolate Chips, studded with buttery walnuts and topped with a crunchy, crackly sugar crust.

- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups grated zucchini packed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 2 Tbsp sugar
In a large bowl combine the melted butter, olive oil, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Whisk well.
Add in the zucchini and mix well again.
In a separate bowl coming the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and the walnuts.
Pour the batter into a greased and/or lined loaf pan.
Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the top.
Bake at 350 for about an hour.
