Fudgy Dark Chocolate Raspberry Blondies

These Dark Chocolate Raspberry Blondies are rich, chewy, buttery, and packed with dark chocolate chips and fresh, juicy raspberries. Made in one bowl with simple pantry ingredients, they're the perfect easy dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Spread the raspberries on a parchment lined plate or baking sheet and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes (or use pre-frozen berries)
  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper or coat with nonstick spray.
  • Combine the melted butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Add in the egg, vanilla and salt. Mix well again.
  • Fold in the flour, chocolate and raspberries.
  • Mix until just combined.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and smooth to fill the pan evenly.
  • Bake for 24-26 minutes.
