Honey Butter Almonds

Delicious almonds coated in honey and butter with a little sprinkle of flaky salt. Addictively good and so easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw unsalted almonds
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp flaky salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • When it’s melted and hot, add the nuts and the honey. Stir well.
  • Continue cooking and stirring often until the syrup thickens and excess liquid evaporates.
  • Spread the nuts out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with salt. Stir. Keep gently stirring for a minute or to so any excess syrup sticks to the nuts.
  • Allow to cool on baking sheet and then break apart.
