Honey Butter Almonds
Delicious almonds coated in honey and butter with a little sprinkle of flaky salt. Addictively good and so easy to make.

- 2 cups raw unsalted almonds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp flaky salt
Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
When it’s melted and hot, add the nuts and the honey. Stir well.
Continue cooking and stirring often until the syrup thickens and excess liquid evaporates.
Spread the nuts out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with salt. Stir. Keep gently stirring for a minute or to so any excess syrup sticks to the nuts.
Allow to cool on baking sheet and then break apart.
