Salted Halva Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Rich, chewy cookies loaded with dark chocolate and chunks of halva, topped with flaky salt. Super easy, no-chill dough.

Ingredients

melted butter
cooled

cane sugar
3/4
cup
packed dark brown sugar

tsp
vanilla

egg
1
cup
dark chocolate chunks
1
cup
halva
diced
Flaky salt
Instructions
Combine the flour, milk powder, sea salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Cream the butter and sugars together in an electric mixer on low-med speed and mix until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg and the vanilla. Mix well.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chunks and the halva.
Scoop large golf ball sized dough onto baking sheets.
Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with flaky salt.
Notes
Makes about 16-18 cookies.
