White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies
Chewy, fudgy raspberry white chocolate blondies with toasted almonds. So easy and really delicious.

butter
melted

brown sugar
packed

egg
1
tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
almond extract

plus 2 Tbsp flour
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
salt

cup
raspberries**
1/4
cup
slivered almonds
toasted
1/2
cup
white chocolate
chips or chunks
Instructions
Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Add in the egg and the extracts and mix well again.
Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt and add to the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the raspberries, almonds and white chocolate.
Spread into a greased or lined 8”x8” baking pan.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Notes
**I like to reserve a few of each of the toppings to sprinkle on top of the batter before baking.
