White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies

Chewy, fudgy raspberry white chocolate blondies with toasted almonds. So easy and really delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup raspberries**
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions
 

  • Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Add in the egg and the extracts and mix well again.
  • Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt and add to the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the raspberries, almonds and white chocolate.
  • Spread into a greased or lined 8”x8” baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Notes

**I like to reserve a few of each of the toppings to sprinkle on top of the batter before baking.
