Baked Oats with No Banana

Easy blended baked oats that omit the banana and taste like birthday cake.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Chocolate chips white and dark*

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into greased ramekins and fill 3/4 full.**
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Notes

*add chips either immediately upon removal from the oven or sprinkle over batter after 15 minutes of baking and return to the oven to complete cooking.
**cooking time varies depending on the size of your ramekins.
