Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip Cookies
These extra chewy, no-chill Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies are so easy to make and definitely a favourite. I’ve thrown in a little extra something optional - pretzel chips - that I think you’ll love!

Instructions
Combine the flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
In an electric mixer combine the melted butter with the sugar and brown sugar. Mix well, for several minutes, until very light and fluffy.
Add in the egg and the vanilla and mix for 2-3 minutes more.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips and the pretzel pieces
Drop scoops of dough onto a baking sheet (I use a 2 1/2 Tbsp cookie scoop).
Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes.
Notes
**pretzels are an optional add-in but the salty crunch is so good.
