Cheesecake Oreo Brownies
Rich, fudgy brownies layered with creamy vanilla cheesecake and scattered with loads of Oreo cookies. Easy to make and so good.

For the Brownie batter:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oreos chopped about 14 cookies
For the Cheesecake layer:
- 1 cup 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
Make the brownies:
Whisk together the melted butter, oil, sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Add in the eggs and the vanilla and whisk well.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder and the salt. Mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Make the cheesecake:
Mix the cream cheese in an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Add in the sugar and mix well.
Add in the egg, vanilla and salt and mix well.
Assemble and bake:
Spread the brownie batter into and 8x8” greased or lined pan, reserving about 1/4 of the batter.
Evenly drop about half of the chopped Oreos on top of the brownie batter.
Spread the cheesecake layer over the Oreos.
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter over the cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
Scatter the remaining Oreos over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
