sweet rice flour

cane sugar

cocoa

baking soda
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/3
cup
melted butter

eggs
1/2
tsp
instant espresso powder
1
tsp
vanilla
1
cup
milk
1/2
cup
cream
1/2
cup
finely chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl whisk together the butter, eggs, espresso powder, vanilla, milk and cream until well combined.
Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture and whisk well.
Pour the batter into an 8x8 greased or lined pan.
Sprinkle with the dark chocolate.
Bake at 350 for about 70 minutes.
Notes
*Sweet Rice Flour is also called Glutinous Rice Flour.
