Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potatoes on Yogurt with Chili Crisp & Honey
Deeply roasted and flavourful sweet potatoes served on rich, creamy Greek yogurt and drizzled with sweet honey and spicy Chili Crisp. Sweet potatoes have never tasted this good.

small sweet potatoes
cut into bite sized pieces

olive oil

garlic powder
1/3
cup
finely grated parmesan cheese
2/3
cup
thick Greek yogurt

Tbsp
Chili Crisp
2
tsp
honey
2
green onions
sliced

tsp
sesame seeds
Instructions
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and S&P. Spread out in an even layer.
Roast the sweet potatoes at 450 degrees for about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
Spread the yogurt on a serving dish.
Scoop the cooked sweet potatoes on top of the yogurt.
Drizzle with chili crisp and honey.
Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.
