Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potatoes on Yogurt with Chili Crisp & Honey

Deeply roasted and flavourful sweet potatoes served on rich, creamy Greek yogurt and drizzled with sweet honey and spicy Chili Crisp. Sweet potatoes have never tasted this good.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 small sweet potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Crisp
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and S&P. Spread out in an even layer.
  • Roast the sweet potatoes at 450 degrees for about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
  • Spread the yogurt on a serving dish.
  • Scoop the cooked sweet potatoes on top of the yogurt.
  • Drizzle with chili crisp and honey.
  • Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.
