8skinless boneless chicken thighschopped into pieces

For the chutney:
1cupcilantro
1cupmint leaves
1chopped jalapeño
1Tbspgrated fresh ginger
1tspcumin
1tspsalt
1/2tspsugar
1Tbsplemon juice
2Tbspfinely chopped onion
1/4cupwater
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the greek yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, lemon zest & juice, salt and cayenne. Mix well and add in the chicken. Stir to coat and refrigerate for a few hours.
To make the chutney add the cilantro, mint and jalapeño to a food processor or blender. Blend until roughly chopped.
Add in the ginger, cumin, salt, sugar, lemon, onion and water. Blend until finely chopped and transfer to a bowl.
Cut the onion and peppers into chunks and toss with a drizzle of oil and S&P.
Thread the chicken and veggies onto skewers and grill.
Serve with the chutney and more greek yogurt.
