Jalapeño Cheese Sauce
This creamy and delicious Jalapeño Cheese Sauce is loaded with melty cheese and spicy jalapeños and is the easiest recipe ever. In just 10 minutes you’ll have a homemade queso sauce that is a jillion times better than any store bought sauce.

Ingredients

half and half

Tbsp
cornstarch

tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/4
tsp
smoked paprika
Pinch
cayenne

jalapeño
seeds removed, finely diced (about 2 Tbsp)

cup
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
1
slice
American cheese
Instructions
Combine the half and half and cornstarch in a small saucepan over low-medium heat.
Add in the garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne and the jalapeño. Mix well.
Stir frequently until the mixture comes to a simmer. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir in the cheeses. Mix until completely combined and smooth.
