Matcha White Chocolate Cookies
Chewy, easy & delicious matcha cookies loaded with vanilla and white chocolate.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp matcha
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup melted butter not hot
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (regular, mini or chunks)
Combine flour, matcha, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Mix well.
Add the butter and sugars to an electric mixer and mix on high until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix well.
Add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
Drop golf ball sized balls onto a baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
