Matcha White Chocolate Cookies

Chewy, easy & delicious matcha cookies loaded with vanilla and white chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp matcha
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup melted butter not hot
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (regular, mini or chunks)

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, matcha, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add the butter and sugars to an electric mixer and mix on high until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
  • Drop golf ball sized balls onto a baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
