Sushi Wrap with Chicken & Sriracha Slaw

A super easy and super delicious nori wrap with shredded chicken and creamy, spicy slaw. Perfect to make for a quick, healthy meal or snack.

Ingredients
  

For the slaw:

  • 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2-3 cups shredded cabbage

For the wraps:

  • 2 sheets nori
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Make the slaw by whisking together the yogurt, mayo, honey, sriracha and vinegar in a medium bowl.
  • Add in the cabbage and toss well.
  • Lay the nori sheets flat and divide up the slaw between them (you may not use it all… adjust to taste).**
  • Divide the chicken between the sheets.
  • Divide and top with the sesame seeds and the cilantro.
  • Roll up and eat.

Notes

**If you want more, smaller wraps, you can divide all between 4 sheets of nori.
