Sushi Wrap with Chicken & Sriracha Slaw
A super easy and super delicious nori wrap with shredded chicken and creamy, spicy slaw. Perfect to make for a quick, healthy meal or snack.

For the slaw:

Greek Yogurt

Tbsp
mayonnaise

tsp
honey
2
tsp
Sriracha
1
tsp
rice vinegar
2-3
cups
shredded cabbage
For the wraps:
2
sheets nori
1
cup
shredded
cooked chicken
1
Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
1/2
cup
cilantro
Instructions
Make the slaw by whisking together the yogurt, mayo, honey, sriracha and vinegar in a medium bowl.
Add in the cabbage and toss well.
Lay the nori sheets flat and divide up the slaw between them (you may not use it all… adjust to taste).**
Divide the chicken between the sheets.
Divide and top with the sesame seeds and the cilantro.
Roll up and eat.
Notes
**If you want more, smaller wraps, you can divide all between 4 sheets of nori.
