White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Cookies
Easy, no chill, chewy cookies flavoured with white chocolate, peppermint candy and salty pretzels.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp dry milk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter melted (not hot)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1/2 cup chopped pretzel crisps or regular pretzels
Mix together the flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
Add the melted butter and sugars to an electric mixer and mix until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
Add in the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chips, candy and pretzels.
Drop cookies onto baking sheets and bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes.
